At The Layered Legacy Co., we take pride in handcrafting each euro mount to your exact specifications. Because every product is custom-made and personalized (using your provided antlers/sheds or sourced materials), all sales are final except in the limited circumstances described below.

1. Custom Products – No General Returns or Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our 3D-printed euro mounts, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with the aesthetic/appearance once production has begun. By placing an order, you acknowledge that items are made-to-order and cannot be resold.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your euro mount arrives damaged or materially defective (e.g., broken during shipping, printing error that affects structural integrity), contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at [your business email] with:

• Order number

• Photos of the damage/defect

• Brief description

We will evaluate the issue and, at our sole discretion:

• Repair or remake the mount at no additional cost, or

• Issue a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping fees).

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, mounting, display, or environmental factors after delivery.

3. Shipping Damage or Loss

• Once your order leaves our facility, it is the carrier’s responsibility. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

• If a package is lost or arrives damaged, file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) using the tracking number we provide.

• We will assist by providing proof of shipment and value upon request, but we do not guarantee carrier resolution.

4. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel an order only before production begins (typically within 24–48 hours of placing the order).

• Cancellations after production starts are not eligible for refund.

• To cancel, email [your business email] immediately with your order number.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping fees, custom design fees (if any), and any third-party service fees are non-refundable.
